As a ministry of St. James Presbyterian Church, the Preschool Board wants to make our program accessible to as many families as possible.
One way we reach out is helping families with tuition.
The Board considers requests for Tuition Assistance throughout the year and votes on these requests each month at the regular Board Meetings. The Board will notify all applicants of the decision in writing, whether approved or not.
The criteria used to determine who receives assistance includes financial need, life circumstances, commitment to the program, and availability of funding.
In order to be considered for tuition assistance, fill out the form below in its entirety. Please be as detailed as possible in your request in order to give a clear picture to the Board. This information is kept confidential to all but the director.
Additional information and/or documentation may be requested.
Tuition is the responsibility of the parent(s), until the Board approves Tuition Assistance.
