Grace Fund Financial Assistance

As a ministry of St. James Presbyterian Church, the Preschool Board wants to make our program accessible to as many families as possible.

One way we reach out is helping families with financial assistance.

The Board considers requests for Financial Assistance throughout the year and votes on these requests each month at the regular Board Meetings. The Board will notify all applicants of the decision in writing, whether approved or not.

The criteria used to determine who receives assistance includes financial need, life circumstances, commitment to the program, and availability of funding.

In order to be considered for financial assistance, please request an application from the Preschool Director. Please be as detailed as possible in your request in order to give a clear picture to the Board.

Additional information and/or documentation may be requested.

Tuition is the responsibility of the parent(s), until the Board approves Financial Assistance.
